Art Dufex offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Most items follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Collectibles and Fine Art

•   Collectible and Fine Art Items with a value of $80 or more, should be returned using a track-able method.

•   All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation or that have been damaged or altered will be rejected.

Gift Cards

•   Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

Handmade at Art Dufex

  Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

•   You must notify Art Dufex within 14 days of receipt.

•   Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, Art Dufex is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

•   If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by Art Dufex, you are protected by the Art Dufex Guarantee.

All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Immediate Refunds & Refund Without Return

  In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Instant Refunds are either issued to your credit card or as an Art Dufex Gift Card balance. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions. You'll still need to return your items within 30 days. Art Dufex may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by a Customer Service Associate.

Where to find My Refund?

You can check the payment method that was refunded and the status of your refund in “My account”.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

Process of Refunds

When returning an item, you can choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center. The option will default to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.
